We charge a shipping rate from $8.95, depending on the weight of your parcel for Standard Shipping on all orders under $100 within AUSTRALIA.
We offer FREE shipping on orders over $150.
The estimated delivery time is 1-3 Business days, dependent on Australia Post's Delivery schedule and your location.
If you place your order before 11am Mon-Fri we guarantee same day dispatch.
From the 2nd of April 2017, Australia Post's delivery service will change to Signature on Delivery with Authority to Leave. This means that Australia Post will have you sign for your order when you are home and when you are not home to sign for the delivery, your order will be left in a safe place so it is ready and waiting for you. Australia Post will also take a photo of where your order was left. 
If you do not want Australia Post to leave your order in a safe place when you are not home to sign for delivery, please ensure you provide clear instructions in the notes field when placing your online order with Black Mint.

Lost/Stolen Packages :
Black Mint Clothing cannot accept responsibility for items that are lost or damaged when being sent out or returned to us.Black Mint Clothing are happy to assist with any questions, but please direct all inquiries to Australia Post. If this situation arises, the customer can only be reimbursed if Black Mint Clothing are approved a credit by Australia Post for the lost/damaged item. We highly recommend customers keep a copy of their tracking number when returning items to Black Mint Clothing If we do not receive a return/receive a return damaged, we are not required to compensate the customer.

Our Australia Post Service offers delivery with safe drop or will be sent to the post office at the driver’s discretion. This means if you are not home at the time of the delivery, your order will be left in a safe place, so it is ready and waiting for you. Australia Post will also take a photo of where your order was left. If you have specific instructions on where you need your post delivered, please contact Australia Post with your tracking number and give them this information. Any instruction left in the notes section on a Black Mint Clothing order cannot be passed onto Australia Post as we are a separate service.
Once your order is packed and leaves our warehouse, you will receive an email with a tracking number so you can track the progress of your order.
Above delivery times can change depending on the time of the year, holiday periods, weekends and severe weather.  We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages or packages delayed in transit.
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide the correct shipping/delivery address for an order.  If the wrong delivery address is provided, Black Mint cannot offer reimbursement for this package.
Currently all parcels are being shipped as normal. In the event that the government shut down retail, your shipments will be delayed. Your parcels will be sent out as soon as possible. Shipping May also be delayed by Aus Post due to backlog.
